Domestic Shipping: 

We currently offer domestic shipping within Finland. Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-7 business days.

Below are local shipping charges for Finland. (All incl. 25.5% VAT)

FI (home parcel) 15,99€ on all products orders, no minimum order value;
FI (free) 0€ on all orders over 150.00€;
FI (free) 0€ on all orders, pick-up at our store location;

 

EU/EEA countries - We fulfill the orders in Finland but can ship to all member countries within the EU/EEA area. (Local Finnish tax rules apply) 

EU Baltic (Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) 11,99€ on all product orders; 0€ on all products with minimum value of 200€
EU (Slovakia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Malta, Greece, Ireland, Romania, Switzerland) 19.99€ on all product orders; 0€ on all products with minimum value of 250.00€

Switzerland is not an EU or EEA member but is also part of the single market.




International Shipping: 

At this time, we primarily ship in the Nordic region. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. We do not fulfill international orders beyond EU/EEA area. Please, contact directly THANN distributor in your area if you are located abroad. Let us know if you need help locating the distributor in your area.

Processing Time: 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Rates and Methods: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping rates are based on the price of your order and the destination.

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter. If further assistance is needed, you can reach out to our customer support.

Undeliverable Addresses: 

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs. If you wish to reship the order, additional shipping charges will apply.

We reserve the right to modify or update our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
